Question for parents with regard to the Act on the balance between home and work?
We are expecting our first child in December, the company where I work provides no maternity leave if my husband and I figure we can afford for me to take 2 months off before return to work. I hate my job with passion and I want to go back to my old job. I would work at night while my husband worked days. Thus I can stay home with the baby during the day and my husband to be home at night, eliminating the need for child care (which we and I can not put my son anyway), I am nervous that this pressure on our family life. (I'll get to spend 1 day and 1 night with my husband and family baby) How can you cope with the challenges and what has or has not worked for your family? Thank you for your answers!
Something about having a child made many sacrifices. It appears that you have a good plan, but right, they do not spend much time with you all together. Something remember is that during the first month or so, literally, your baby wakes up about every 2-4 hours in the night we have a plan that tends to him. A Another thing you might consider working is to work only part-time, if you can afford to do so. Not eliminate the possibility of baby-sitter from time to time, you definitely need a break sometimes. Yes, it will be a burden to you, but things are easier as the months pass. Be patient.
